Welcome to E-konek’s Value Added Service Provider (VASP)
We encourage you to try our VASP and to give us feedback on your experience. We value your suggestions and comments. They shall be taken into consideration as we improve and enhance our VASP.
Before you start, please make sure that the following are existing in your computer:
- Internet connection, preferably DSL
- Java Runtime Version 6
The first time you access the VASP, the system will download a file to your computer. This file will remain in your computer and will be automatically updated whenever the VASP system is modified. This ensures that your PC is always current and synchronized with the VASP server. Depending on your Internet connection speed, downloading may take between 3 to 15 minutes.
On your next access, the system will just check that your file and that in the server are synchronized. Again, depending on your Internet connection speed, this may take from 16 seconds to 2 minutes.

Your installation CD will be delivered by AIR21.
