AEDS - Automated Export Documentation System

    The AEDS is the re-engineered procedure for exports automated document processing of Export Declaration (ED) using an integrated electronic document called "Single Administrative Document". The BOC Boatnote, PEZA Tally Sheet, the Authority to Load and the ED are combined into this one document. The System eliminates the need for signatures in the processing and approval of the Eds. The Approval is in the form of a barcode printed in an approved ED as the Authority to Load. The EDS is beneficial to PEZA locators/exporters for it speeds up the processing of the ED and minimizes the face to face contact with government offices that oftentimes lead to corruption


AIP - Automated Import Permit

    The Auto IP is an online application and approval of Import Permits issued by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. Locators submit an approved database of their importables, which is then used by the system to generate the approval. Import Permits are paid on-line through the e-payment gateway developed with the banks. The Import Permit is stamped with a barcode which is then scanned at the PEZA gate to signify the delivery of the goods to the zone.

TAFS - Trade Automation and Facilitation System
    The TAFS project re-engineered and automated the Cargo Clearance Process for Admissions (import), Transshipment, and Exports in the Subic Bay Freeport. TAFS utilizes the same software as AEDS but the connectivity through the Internet is accomplished through DSL - VPN. Processing of Admission documents (Import Permit) is via remote lodgment and settlement of fees is through pre-payment. This system serves more than 300 locators, their brokers and forwarders in the Subic Bay Freeport area.

WOS - Warehouse Operations System
    The Warehouse Operations System (WOS) is a generic warehouse management and inventory control application.   The software was developed by ICIL, and is being implemented and extended by E-Konek Pilipinas, Inc.

    E-Konek   has deployed WOS in several manufacturing and finished goods warehouses.   We write extensions to suit individual clients' requirements.   The biggest implementation of WOS is in the San Miguel Manila Glass Plant in Tondo, Manila.


ONETTT - One Time Tax Transaction

    ONET3 is a WEB application that will allow citizens to lodge details of their property transactions on-line and calculate taxes due for the transaction.   The system features property valuation databases that the taxpayer can consult for correct tax calculation.   The system is extended to the banks accepting capital gains tax and expanded withholding tax payments and to the Land Registration Authority, represented by the Register of Deeds in the local government unit.   A two-dimensional barcode is printed on the Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR) for authenticity; this barcode is validated at the Register of Deeds.   A feedback from the LRA to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on the completion of the transfer process shall provide the BIR with the information to close the CAR issuance process.

DFS - Domestic Freight System
    The Domestic Freight System is the main operational system of AirFreight 2100 to support its domestic courier business. DFS was built from the ground-up using business rules specified by the client. DFS adapts best practices implemented by FEDEX, AirFreight 2100's partner for its international courier business. DFS supports portable data scanners, mobile phones transmitting data through GPRS, text messaging for shipment status updates. It allows client queries through the Internet and mobile phones. DFS intensively uses barcodes to track shipments as they move from stations to hubs and ultimately to the consignees. DFS is implemented in a wide area network using a client-server topology. Currently, more than 800 workstations are connected to DFS, including query and manifesting stations of AirFreight 2100's affilitate Mail and More. an Internet usine barcode based system that is used to identify &track shipments as it moves from the client's premises up to the time of delivery to consignees. It employs a nationwide network of computers & scanner to provide up-to-date status of shipment.
